I was shocked to find that their ice cream was priced significantly higher than other shops in the area. For the same product, I can get it for half the price elsewhere. Not impressed, totally disappointed ?,,,

Took 40 minutes for 2 naan .asked if me and 9 years old daughter could eat in as it cold outside There was about 12 tables with 1 table being used. And the manager said is that it just 2 naan .I said I only had 10 pounds dos he do a deal .and he said no .so I waited 40 mins for the order I went just after 8 pm got my order about 8.40 .The worst customer service I received in a restaurant. I will never go ago done go with children and have money for a big meal .as you not welcome for buying 2 nans

We had a bad experience with shopkeeper. You will find everything what you need in store.
But they don't know how to behave with customers.
We entered into store with Happy faces and they looked at us while checking things like eggs, actually we asked them to give us two trays, he told us to help ourselves.
Other guy came and watching us like we disturbing all the trays. We took all the care and told him to check the cameras if he has any doubts. But he was so rude while talking to us and at the same time one lady came and asked for help but he was more interested to debate with us and mimicking us.
If he is reading this comment, check the cameras and its not the way to treat customers. If we break anything while we shop you have all the rights to charge but not to speak like that.
Realised while writing this comment, not just us many people experienced this kinda behaviour from store keepers.

The shop is okay, if you?re a black man you?ll get the ?looks?(watching your movements). And you have to pay 30 extra Pence if you?re buying with card(less than £1 pound) which is absurd.Finally customers service can be a bit better.Will continue to update.
