Needed to update my contract and Taylor was absolutely spot on, great customer service and had a laugh. Did have to wait a tiny bit to get seen myself but that wasn?t an issue, two staff were on and they were both working really hard helping customers. I will remain a customer here!

I topped up my Vodafone account on May 26. Due to the incompetence of their staff, the wrong plan was activated. A week later, we had to go back, and I was forced to pay again. What kind of scheme is this? Why should I pay for services I didn?t ask for or didn?t receive? They didn't even apologize.
On top of that, the employee I dealt with today was unfriendly and rude. This is unacceptable customer service. I expected better from a company like Vodafone.

After my disasterous sign up to Vodaphone (You need to fix that).
I had to get myself signed up in person by one of their techies at their Boro store.
Can't complain as it's allot cheaper than Virgin media for internet that's about the same speed as Virgin's superfast scamming.

Worst service by the Vodafone staff, I went for purchasing of mobile and the one of the staff lisa was rude with us, and even she don't want to talk with us , she even don't want to explain basic things .

I had a few issues that needed to be sorted, the staff member was extremely helpful and supportive, friendly too.Made me feel welcome and very relaxed.I now know that if I have problems with any equipments, I know where and who to go to.....

Had a problem with my iPhone, technical support suggested I took my iPhone to my local store, I explained the problem he never even asked for my details name ect.. just tried to sell me a different charger.

I was so impressed with the service I received today. I was approached almost immediately, despite the store being busy, and had a great experience upgrading my contract. Katie who served me was so helpful and professional.What a wonderful team! Thank you for making my day.

Took to long to get served because it was taken so long for assistants to sort people's problems out I waited well over half an hour. When I did get seen it was a gentleman from out the back that helped me not one of the assistants it took him less than two minutes to sort my problem thank you to him for his help. I think they need to update their computer's as it seemed as if they were taking to long to do what they had been asked to do
