Needed to update my contract and Taylor was absolutely spot on, great customer service and had a laugh. Did have to wait a tiny bit to get seen myself but that wasn’t an issue, two staff were on and they were both working really hard helping customers. I will remain a customer here!

I topped up my Vodafone account on May 26. Due to the incompetence of their staff, the wrong plan was activated. A week later, we had to go back, and I was forced to pay again. What kind of scheme is this? Why should I pay for services I didn’t ask for or didn’t receive? They didn't even apologize.
