Awful, car-parking was accessed through Aldi's carpark. Carpark was full of scattered rubbish. Felt quite unsafe. Located on very busy road in middlesbrough.

I always stayed at travelodge but no more sadly u lost a very loyal customer, I believe Travelodge ripping off customers, see below comparison of 2 hotels same location, travelodge vs premier inn, shame on you travelodge!!!

It's a cheap practical hotel if you are working in and around Middlesbrough, easy to walk into town for a bite to eat. It has on site security which I would imagine is a must as the area is not the best having said that , ample parking in the Aldi car park and to be honest my car was still there in the morning and I was there all week . Staff very friendly, had a laugh with the girls on reception.
Room is clean and functional. Spot on for what I needed . Would stop here again through work but not maybe bring my family .

Lovely place room was excellent TV was just a tad bit to small still enjoyed the stay with my partner.
Only problem was someone shouting and balling at just past midnight either on our floor or the room above I feel like the police should of been called as it isn't fair on paying guests but apart from that everything was good.

Tanya was a breath of fresh air, friendly, very helpful and went the extra mile for us throughout our stay. Professional and still down to earth her personality and attitude were just lovely. We?ll definitely be back when next here for work.

The room was larger than expected and that was a nice surprise.
It was very warm in the room and leaving the window open wasn't an option as there was noise coming from something outside, air conditioning units possibly.
The breakfast was nothing special and the scrambled eggs were not good.
The staff were friendly and one lady who was serving the rooms helped me to carry my bags the lift which was very kind of her.
The carpark is shared with a supermarket and you need to be aware that you have to enter your vehicles details at reception when checking in.

Wasn't happy the bar wasn't open till 5pm,
Waited at reception for what seemed like an eternity,
No one told me about the parking

Would have been 5 stars if we hadn't found poo on the hall way leading to our room. We did make staff aware in the morning. Was cleaned up.
