I went to Timpsons last week to get my watch link removed on my watch. Brian was the person in the shop and he seemed like he didnt really want to help me. I felt £10 was slightly high but was okay paying it because I value good customer service. He said I can go to another shop and they would charge me £20. In the end, after adjusting the links the watch felt a little loose and I told him that and he said that's how it should be. I like it to be a good fit and not roll down my wrist. I usually like Timpsons service but this time, I was a bit dissapointed.

Absolutely superb support from Timpson in Middlesbrough. Fixed my watch strap within 15 minutes. I have literally been everywhere and no-body could do it with the pin needed over the last 3 weeks. Knowledge & service ?? ?

Absolutely fuming went there at 5:10 called up told the lady we?re coming down she said it?s fine we?ll be open till 5:30 as shown on the website we go and find her closing down at 5:10 refusing to complete our request absolutely ridiculous

Quick and efficient watch battery change

Took my watch there 4 a battery after Ernest Jones back heeled out of there extended warranty,& saying it had to be sent away for 3weeks.They sorted my watch on site,life time battery replacement guarantee.They were fast friendly & got a funky key cut aswell & new key chain.I was really happy with service great little place THANK YOU

Chris was lovely and rectified my problem very efficiently and was amazing. Definitely represents the best of Timpsons philosophy. I don't normally review but he made my day.
