I went into store after phoning three, who were not helpful, with a query about my account.
Staff in store were great...Paula and one of the managers were really friendly and helpful, they not only explained things thoroughly, but saved me money.
Would highly recommend going into this store.

Huge thank you to Chelsey & Andy who FINALLY helped my partner sort his phone contract today. We have had so many problems with Three over recent months, dealing with incompetent ?chat bots? & having lengthy phone calls with ?customer services? who were never able to help. Paula was absolutely amazing with me this week, she genuinely went above and beyond to ensure my situation was sorted out. Systems went down while she was trying to sort it and she both rang and text me to let me know as soon as they were ready to go again. She was patient, compassionate and made a bad situation into a good one. Id also like to mention Chelsea who was always on hand to help Paula and did so in the same great manner!

Pathetic service from staff in three store, I went looking for an upgrade as I've been a three customer for over 10 years and the staff in three store asked for my ID which I provided that in a instant and I told the staff I want a Samsung handset with unlimited data, When I asked how much are the phones and what's the contract prices the staff in the three store refused to tell which I asked for more then three times and the staff refused to tell me which got so annoyed I will be making a formal complaint and will also be leaving the three network because you hire staff who are clueless I don't like to deal with amateurs.
