We came in to buy brand new iphone 16 and we where served by a nice gentleman name Naz funniest guy in the shop really easy to communicate with him and the process went very smoothly with him really loved the experience

Had an issue with our three account and popped into the Three store for help. Simon was incredibly welcoming and supportive from the moment we walked in. He took the time to really understand the problem and gave us clear, helpful advice that ended up resolving everything. We called into the 3 store on Linthorpe Road Middlesbrough as my dad who is 82 was having issues with his phone being unable to make or receive calls. We were greeted by Anthony who helped us by checking to see if it was phone or sim issues, we couldn't of asked for a more helpful and patient member of staff. Excellent service from start to finish. I had spent over 2 and a half hours online and on the phone trying to sort a dispute over a new upgrade but to no avail.
I walked into the Middlesbrough branch of 3 to see if they could help me, armed with my evidence that had provoked much anger, stress and despair.
Martin immediately sat me down and went through my complaint with me, investigating the evidence and providing guidance, reassurance and next steps to help me resolve my issue.
I could not praise more his calm demeanour and professionalism. It felt good to be listened to, seen and understood.
My takeaway is that in the future, when it's time to upgrade or renew, I will come instore to be guided by Martin and his colleagues and their sound knowledge. Thank you ?

I am very very upset to say the least they scammed us out of a lot off money forced my mom to buy something and told her she can return it when she wants and then said she can?t when she came back with it we don?t even use it but we came to terms with it.The bill was £74 very upsetting for something u don?t use but she paid .For some unknown reason this month they took £184from her account without permission!! They didn?t explain or anything this is totally unacceptable and unfair she was crying the whole day and she is devastated.You are telling me we are going to be paying roughly £1000 per year for something we don?t use ! You are evil people and since we have been trying to contact costumer service and getting no reply we are going to sue coz they is no way .With this cost of living where are we going to get the money from.How very much evil of you
