Set my item for collection to pick up in 30 minutes to avoid any possible queues and when we arrived to pick up we got told that it wasn't ready, we understood as its a busy time of year and they might have been busy before we arrived but we had to sit outside for over 2 hours watching the staff chat away while the shop was empty multiple times and eventually when i went in and spoke to another member of staff she said she could do it right away and that she didn't know there was any collections to be done which makes me think the first person i spoke to just could not be bothered, I wont be wasting my time again here

Don't seem to be a queue system and people not taking turns to be seen and staff not managing who's turn it is to be seen. Absolute nightmare place. ??

The staff aren't very friendly, and there was only 2 on. God help them when its Christmas. Waited way to long only wanted a sample. Left and went to boots, got seen to straight away.

Staff were lovely but I went to get a perfume bottle refilled but they don't refill my particular perfume. They then tried to sell me my perfume with the added bonus that its a refillable bottle! Gave up went to their onlne store bought a bog standard bottle of my perfume to put in the fancy refillable bottle and saved £30. No point selling refillable bottle if you font stock the product

Who doesn't love the perfume shop?.. It's awesome and they always have a great selection the only thing that ruined it was the member of staff who served us was pretty ignorant and was more preoccupied with talking to someone else, and we specifically told her not to give us au de toilette and she gave us it anyway, good job we noticed when we checked the bag! We made her change it.
