Failed to deliver prescription and not only once. Can?t get through on phone as just rings out. Need a bigger pharmacy and more staff for size of hospital

The staff have been incredibly helpful, especially a young lady call Maria( think her name was Maria) who tried to sort out my prescription out twice when she could see I was getting upset? thank you again .

Don?t understand why they have a phone number when no one answers the phones . My mother in law waited 5 hours on the ward for her pills so she could go home . Disgraceful service .

Having only used this Pharmacy once, I found the whole experience frustrating. One member of staff particularly was abrupt and quite honestly appeared to be not interested at all. Having travelled a long way for my appointment I was kept waiting for over 50 minutes for a prescription.Whilst I understand the staff must endure busy times and I'm sure, irrate customers,a little understanding of patient's feelings should not be too much to ask, after all it is a hospital and all patients requesting prescriptions are, by definition, suffering some form of illness.
