Tried to buy some painkillers here and was refused because the person on the till had "served me recently before".
The last time I bought them was 3 months prior.
I understand that some medicines can be addictive and they need to be cautious, but being treated like a criminal drug addict because I wanted pain relief is absurd.
What addict waits 3 months between purchases?!
This pain relief was reccomended to me by my dentist, a qualified medical professional who knows my medical history and on-going condition. The pharmacist/pharmacist technician insisted my dentist was wrong in reccomending this OTC medicine for dental pain, their specialty - this is bordering on negligence.

I?ve used this pharmacy for around 10 years but it seems like in the last year or so, they?ve been on a mission to employ the rudest, most hostile staff possible. I get it, you?re busy and stressed. But stop taking it out on customers. It?s gotten to the point where I?m actually anxious to pick up my medication because of how thoroughly unpleasant some of the staff are!
Also I had an issue with my prescription and had been phoning all day to speak to them, no answer. They told me they cannot answer the phone because they need to keep the line open for 111 referrals? sorry but what a load of rubbish. I?ve had to ring round all the pharmacies in the area in the past looking for medications that have been in short supply and all the other pharmacies manage to answer the phone.
I want to add it?s not all the staff, some are pleasant enough. But from now now on I?ll be avoiding this pharmacy.

Don?t waste your time here - the staff would all rather stand behind the rear counter chatting to each other than come to the front one and serve people who are waiting - stood for 10 minutes, was looked at a few times and ignored and then I gave up - I would rather take my business elsewhere.

It?s like the Spanish Inquisition when asking for anything been refused over the counter medicine only to have to go to another pharmacy and just be sold without 50 questions.

Very convenient pharmacy, drop prescription off, go do weekly shop and pick up meds before heading to the tills. Always found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. Odd occasion medication hasn't been available, they've let me know if and when it should come in. Perfect.

Every time I've visited this pharmacy the staff have been rude and unhelpful. The first time I was trying to buy hydrocortisone cream. As the woman on the till asked what it was for, I brushed my hair out of my eyes and before I'd even answered, she took this to mean that it was for my face and refused to sell it to me. Even though I told her the actual use, she'd made her mind up and it was a no.The most recent time, it took over an hour to fill my prescription as they were faffing around trying to find it and then I had to wait over 25 mins for it to be dispensed. By this point my toddler was screaming his head off in the queue and I just wanted to get going. Instead of apologising for the wait, the woman behind the till got really snippy with me and just walked off. Their attitude is terrible.

If you get the right pharmacist this place is great ,If you get the right members of staff this place is tremendous, if someone answers the phone this place is fantastic, and if you get the right prescription you feel like you have won the lottery. But sadly just like the lottery you have around 1 in 4,000,000 chances of all these happened at the same time .So just the one star from me Go home change your jobs and do something you like .

Absolute joke can't even pick up the phone got told my medication would be ready 3 days ago. I now have no medication and feel ill
