Ordered a takeout today, went in store at 13:30, shop was empty and surprisingly no staff behind the counter for at least 5 minutes so I waited and kept saying hello, eventually a young girl comes out and takes the order, no customer service skills, very blunt and no smiles or friendliness, speaks very rudely, makes the order but is very stingy with sandwich filling and salad toppings. Took sandwich home to eat, bread was stale as well as the filling and salad tasted very old and not fresh whatsoever. No wonder subway is going downhill. Horrific staff and horrendous food!

We got lovely subways from here today- good portions, delicious!
We had a slight problem with the delivery due to Uber eats. A lady from the restaurant phoned us, sorted it quickly and reimbursed us. Perfect subs- excellent customer service!

Ordered off Uber, have no way to customize a sandwich and then when you try and ring up the business with their listed number literally just to ask for no sauce no one decides to answer after several calls, and first of all who puts tomato ketchup on tuna absolutely shocking

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Subway. The store is supposed to be open until 10 PM, but when I arrived at 9:35 PM to place an order, the employee informed me that they were no longer taking orders because they needed to clean up. This is unacceptable. If the advertised closing time is 10 PM, customers should be able to place orders until then. It is frustrating and misleading to show up expecting service only to be turned away. Subway needs to ensure their employees adhere to the posted hours of operation.

Food was really disappointing..bread crumbled in my hand like it was stood there for 100 years .service was slow .salad poor... really tight on sause..and will definitely not be going back..

Quality food, nice staff, and a quick and professional service; a model for other franchises!If I could criticise anything, it would be the atmosphere in the shop/restaurant. The general layout of the tables could be redesigned and improved.But as a whole, this town branch of subway was very good and I'd recommend you try it out.Take care and enjoy.

Staff are friendly but food quality suffers sometimes if it is busy as the system seems to give 0 thought to time and expects the staff to make 8 sandwiches 2 salads and 3 wraps in delivery orders all whilst doing the orders for the people in the shop at the same time, all within 15 minutes. Either needs a better system or more staff.

fresh food As always, my favorite salad box chicken tikka or chicken tikka sub.with southwest all salad ideal for weight loss.great taste.sometimes they don't give salad in good portion they should consider this thing if someone eating only salad then it should be a fair portion.
