I had the worst experience here in UK for the first time at this Subway. We went to celebrate a win and the lady was so rude to us, she denied us a extra paper which the other staff agreed. First, you cannot train staff in front of customer. Second, if you are hospitality, watch your tone. You just cannot get away with bad behaviour ruining customers day.
It was definitely the first and last time here. A big chain like subway hiring such staff even after having so many bad reviews against her was not expected.

Ordered a Philly cheese steak. Upon opening my meal i must say it was one of the most saddest footlongs i have ever seen, there was no effort into making it whatsoever. There was no sauce, no cheese or salad which i asked for. I am surprised as i usually order from this subway and normally i don?t have any problems. It was just bread with a bit of meat.

Been here couple of days ago for the first & last time ..ordered foot long sub?lady was so so rude .She didn?t even listened properly and jst kept on going how she wants ,didn?t even look at me & jst ignored me ?anyhow I jst let it go but whn she wrapped it & left the sub on counter by saying thnx I was completely shocked .She moved to next costumer .I asked can I plz have bag & she replied we don?t have ..even the customers next to me were surprised by her behaviour ?

£4 meal deal yet I paid £8 the 6 inch sub looked like it was 4 inches, absolute joke. Kitchen seemed to be falling apart, was looking forward to this and now my mood has been ruined for the day.

manager always plays taylor swift, no issue with taylor swift, would just prefer a change in music, never enough salad on sandwiches, manager seemed to disrepect their employees, overheard one of the workers making racist remarks about customers.

I mistakenly placed an order at the wrong subway store, and immediately upon realizing my error, I called the store. I spoke with a staff member named Liam and requested to cancel the order. However, Liam displayed unprofessionalism by stating he was unaware of the cancellation process. It was evident that he lacked basic knowledge of Subway business operations, particularly regarding customer satisfaction and handling such situations.Very poor service Untrained staff

The place is ran by idiots, loads of terrible experiences which I?ve just accepted. Today after ordering (via JustEat) a Philly Steak with southwest sauce but receiving a meat ball marinara also with southwest sauce on top ? I went back to the shop expecting an honest mistake, straight swap BUT NOPE. What the girl told me was they were out of philly steak so she improvised and made me what I can only imagine to be the worst concoction possible. To make it worse when I asked for a refund I was told I?d have to go through JustEat. Honestly how hard is it to make sandwiches

I ordered Big Bombay foot long sandwich for my own, the taste was so good as it was earlier toasted with italian herbs and cheese with american cheese and other toppings added make my sandwich colourful and delicious, the restaurant is clean as well.The british staff were rude, they looked so depressed in doing their job they dont have smile and welcome attitude towards customers. They dont even respond to customer, they need more training towards customer interatction which helps them to get more customers towards their restaurant.

yet another delivery service that dosnt send a full order and you can't get the rest sent because you used deliveroo just a way of ripping you off because subway blames deliveroo for them not getting your order right
