Awful restaurant. Ordered through Just Eat. Was missing 2 items from my order. The food I did get was cold and they sent the wrong drink. Clueless staff who then refuse to answer the phone to sort out.

(small purchase of a drink intended, while waiting on prescription.) Store refuses cash, and doesn't even disclose this with signage until you're told verbally by cashier, at the point of sale .. So, no signage on this issue, but, they managed signage that "the toaster is broken, all hot food microwaved"'... Boycott service industry businesses that refuse cash AND don't pre-disclose!

Wrong bread on both sandwiches, neither were toasted, some of our toppings weren?t right. Wrong crisps sent for both meal deals. The sandwiches were stone cold because the drinks were laid on top of them in the same bag. Missed off an item on our order. Only thing they got right was 2 bottled drinks.

Whoever was working on mother's day 2024 (it was a male) gave me food poisoning and I'm not happy with it I have very bad stomach pains.

Don?t usually leave reviews but feel like this is needed. Ordered through Uber Eats a couple of times, once ordering a salad and them completely forgetting the meat, any other time they have either missed items or gave the stingiest amount of salad, considering the price of the items it?s just not really on is it ? Wouldn?t

Food not heated long enough.Served at 12.27 stone cold at 12.30 given two triangles of cheese one slice charged 50p for extra cheese and was told one slice was double.Charged £14.38 for two stone cold 6 inch breakfast subs.If i had a dog would have given it to the dog and it probably would have refused to eat it.Lady manager has an attitude problem.Thinks she is something she definitely is not.Avoid if you can at all costs.Does not deserve one star.

The incompetence of these people is astounding. I ordered through Uber eats and they got the order completely wrong. Missed salad and sauces off. Didn?t toast when I asked for toasted.You literally have one job. To make a sandwich as instructed. If you are incapable of that, what are you capable of seriously?

I was in Subway Parkway Coulby Newham this morning 11/11/23 around 10.45am.....I ordered a cappuccino coffee.....it wasn't very warm.....this is the second time this has happened......i am sorry but j won't be recommending it to anyone.

Called here at 2.30 pm. Not all breads available. Not all relishes available. Coffee machine not working. Rubbish and used cups beside the drinks dispenser. Serviette dispenser empty. Asked staff he gave me a serviette but did not stock the dispenser. Every table was dirty. But I know the person working there phone is working as he was on it constantly.

I have took my son here many times my son like their sandwiches but when iam I their sum of the staff just look right through me as if iam not there at all not very nice I gave it a 3 star rating because my son likes the shop

Absolutely shocking service from Subway at Coulby Newham! So I order a Plant patty sandwich and when I take a bite it?s a meat sandwich! I ring the store numerous times no one answers so I drive down there. When I explain what had happened I get told we had no plant patties and they had to regardless! I mean I am a vegetarian and I would have thought the vegan patty would give that away! The girl tells me nothing she can do about it and she called me! I got one missed call could have left a message to let me know! I will be taking further

A smaller subway. Staff tattoos and face art was at first a concern (a generation thing - sorry) but I realised I was wrong and all the staff are sandwich guru class and very nice to chat with. So good, I've given 50% tips more than once.

Have just had my second Uber Eats order in a row cancelled, clearly don't want my business. Even when I go in in person it's hit and miss whether they'll have what I want available.
