The care home is extremely inconsiderate and uncaring. I've been a resident for 2.5 years and they've served me notice with no leeway or discussion. I was treated awfully by the manager and receptionist throughout my visit. Never returning again!

I have just seen a clip of the staff with a wonderful singer on facebook staff and residents up dancing and singing.. it turned me to tears.. you guys don't get enough credit with the job you do.. my grandfather is 94 and in care .. you guys are amazing xxx
