Had to order my prescription again as it was not quiet correct when I went to pick up the glasses. Apart from the angle of a lense not been correct the glazing was not done correctly for one of the pair.
I now need to wait another 10 days ?
Would be nice to be compensated somehow ?

Finished up spending a lot more than I had bargained for (£260). Had the final cost been better explained I would more than likely have settled for only one pair. I do not need a second pair and as my prescription had hardly changed, my existing pair would serve as a spare pair in an emergency. The opticians were fine and very professional, but I came away feeling pressured during the final sale. I can only assume the sales staff are under pressure to achieve targets. I am happy with the product but not the sales service.

Always gone to Specsavers, today waited an hour to be seen to the guy was lovely, the 3 passed at the front desk told me to wait in the waiting area and would be a few mins to get my glasses sorted. Waited for an other hour while the lasses chatted fo a lady that in wearing a white and black pokerdot dress that clearly works there as was talking to all the staff. Co.plained about the wait and the lady that served us was snarkey and had nothing to say. Staff would rather chat then do their job, never going back wasted 2 hours of my life. Then payed £30 for an eye test for the wait should have got it for free

There?s always a delay with your appointment but the opticians are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful

Does not matter if you have appointments with them ,It's like a cattle market.Same old we have emergency in ,Every year I go that is also on the same day I ended up just walking out will use another opticians in future.Btw do them glasses ever change year on year ,same old nasty glasses you can pick from.

Eye test fine but extremely disappointed when choosing frames. Buy one get one free is a joke. 129 pound frames when choosing 2 the total bill came to over 200 pounds when inclusion of lenses which you end up paying for twice opted for 1 set of frames to keep the cost down. Told member of staff that I did not want any special type of lenses but was told ultraclear lenses were standard at a cost of 35 pounds. Website states reactive lenses are free but in store told they would cost 59 pounds. Will be very reluctant to purchase glasses from them again

Great service in the branch, but very poor quality glasses. Have been back to the shop twice to have glasses straightened . Occasional use and the are very flimsy.Reviewed poorly due to the product and not the service. Won't be using again .
