Everyone was lovely and very polite. The staff kept me informed that there was a 20 min delay at each step of the process, but despite the delay I seemed to be seen quite quicky. Great service from Specsavers in Middlesbrough. All staff were extremely helpful and polite with a great deal of underpinning knowledge.
Importantly to me, there was no 'pressure' in terms of sales, just a clear explanation of what I needed and why, what options were available and help when I needed it.
