Awful treatment.
My colleague and business partner went to deposit cash at one of their atm?s. She?s now out of pocket by £500! We own a business and need to pay our business rent! She went in to ask what the situation was with it as she?d asked on the Saturday when this happened at the atm where her money was. She requested CCTV. They refused and told her to wait for the deposit. Fast forward to now and it?s still not in her account! She went in asking for an update and they were awful to her. So rude and unprofessional. You can?t just take people?s hard earned money?! Disgusting treatment. Once this is sorted we will be looking at changing her to a new, caring bank.

I hadn't got an appointment, but they were able to help. Good staff. Whilst there, I saw them help several people, showing care & compassion. Impressed.

Excellent customer service from a lovely lady by the name of Kirsty. Makes banking easier for those not confident doing on line transactions. Santander need more Kirstys not less.

Today 29th may 2024, I visited the Middlesbrough branch it was around 13:20 - 13:45 is time. I spoke to a young man who was working on the desk Etienne or Ehienne was his name, after dealing with a lady infront of me. I was a little unsure if he would be able to help, well he sure did sorted my card out, and also helped me set my app on my phone which i was so very greatful, I just wanted to say thank you so much for your help and support and i hope your manager get to read this message..

They made me open an account when I can?t tap my card unless I close my open and open another one. Opening my account took 2 months for me to receive a debit card

2 people serving, no queue and friendly a lady who served me.I found a card that has been left by the previous customer, I handed it over to the teller and she ran after the people who left it. left it.

Always a big queue for 1 server ( 2 if your lucky) . Many staff flitting about not serving people , like just jump on for a bit . Some old man with a walker was stood in queue so long today his knee gave out. Staff emerged then to help , maybe if he wasn't stood up so long he wouldn't have needed you to call him an ambulance. ( Hope he is ok )

If there was ever a case for online banking this is it. Huge queues and they sat at a single desk for a good 15 minutes. Clearly need more staff. Been here 28 minutes and I'm writing this from the queue.Edit. 38 minutes total just to deposit some coins. Staff were very apologetic
