This lovely store suspended my online account which forced me to shop elsewhere. I have been a regular shopper for over ten years and spend in excess of £10,000 per annum.
They clearly do not consider customer loyalty and are quite happy to decline your patronage without explanation.
On the plus side, I am now shopping with one of their competitors who have a better range of products and their home brand goods are of a far superior quality.
Furthermore, my shopping is between 15% and 20% cheaper.
Oddly, Sainsbury's have done me a favour but their attitude is appalling. I will never go back, and that goes for Argos too.

We have done our last shop here, love Sainsbury's but some oc the staff have extreamly poor hygine and to be honest THEY STINK. The number of drug addicts in and around this place is scary. I'm glad I went with my wife on the night in question as she normally goes during the day. As soon as the new one opens at Wynyard, we will travel the extra 9 miles for sure.

The don't like serving the customers they try to put you the self service tills I won't do this as when you have more than one thing it's a little difficult.

Large sainsburys + car park. Well stocked shelves especially the booze isles which is my favourite. The car park is free for 30 minutes, 1 pound an hour, 2 pounds for 2 hours. Get your money back if you spend more than £10 in store.

I have just wasted the last 40 minutes trying to get some sense out of customer services.I spoke to 2 people in far flung call centres who could barely speak english and tried Middlesbrough customer services which was even less fruitful. Iwas trying to get someone to listen to my concern regarding 2 separate mouldy jars of jam i had purchased a few weeks ago.The jams in question were St.DALFOUR.,which are a french make,but one i had never experienced any problems with before,despite using them for several years.Could somebody please contact us ,so more details can be given.
