Have be delivered a very expensive faulty bath. Comany have taken no responsibility nor refund for damaged goods !!!Advice is to stay well clear of this company!!! Never in my 20 years as I Plumbing and heating engineer have I been treated so badly by a company and I'm discussed it there lack of help or responsibility in any way !!!

Ordered £1000 worth of stock, to be told they've damaged it in the warehouse.. trying to blame another manufacturer instead of taking responsibility and then delaying the refund process.2 bit company, that lies to you and then holds your money with a side of poor customer service over the phoneAvoid at all costs as they only want your money and dont care about the service they provide you

Recommended by my builder and I was so happy to deal with Conor and Jamie. Conor made the whole experience of ordering so easy. worked out dimensions and suggested sizes for me. Gave me very competitive prices and everything is good quality and looks fantastic. No BS or hard sell. Just excellent service. Sorted out a couple of problems (no fault of theirs) without any fuss. Myself and my mam went here today, she needs a new bathroom to make life easier for her. The guy behind the counter was beyond helpful. So polite and did everything he could to find what we needed. I wish i had taken hes name, but i will now go back and get my bathroom from the same place. Huge thank you

I visited Rubberduck in Middlesbrough today to purchase everything I need to install a walk in shower.There is a great selection to choose from.The person who served me was Jamie Vickers.Not everything that's available is on show so Jamie listened carefully to what I was looking for and asked me questions. He was then able to give me choices that best matched what I had in mind, both by design and in price. He even showed me items that were not on display which I thought was really good as I could see exactly what I was buying.I ended up ordering the shower tray, enclosure, mixer shower and wallboards with accessories, all with free delivery to Leeds.Everything was delivered as promised.I can thoroughly recommend Rubberduck and would like to thank Jamie Vickers for going above and beyond to ensure I made the right choices.

A bit of a pain from start to finish. Got there and they didn't seem to know what order I was talking about, printers didn't work for receipt, sent to warehouse to collect order with bad directions on how to get there so drove round aimlessly for 15 minutes until I happened to see a tiny sign in a board i was driving by. Got my items in the end however. The guys at the warehouse were fine.

A waste of time distributor. Their website says items are in stock, and when purchasing £750 of Abacus board there is no indication that they or their supplier doesn?t have the materials. No information / updates provided for 10 days, only to find out when I ring that items won?t be with your supplier another 8 days. No indication of when materials arrive with me. Mistrustful company, pointless middleman organisation that adds zero value to justify the markup on any product. Will never order from Rubbersuck bathrooms again.

Ordered 4 packs of panels but unfortunately 11 panels was damaged in transit. The service to replace was 2nd to non. Answered my email in 20 minutes, dispatched replacements the very next morning ( email was 16.40 ) delivered 36hrs after the first broken batch arrived. Very good, will use again
