I?ve been calling for days with no response. They need to release my medication so I can get them from another pharmacy where I am but they?re not picking up. This is sooo frustrating!!!

Called over 84 times! No answer, it just kept ringing. Walked over to the pharmacy to find there just ignoring it. Never have anything in stock either

I have been using Rowlands for many years, mainly to collect prescriptions for myself and my wife.I am surprised by the negative reviews here. I have always had an excellent service, both by phone and in person. Indeed, they nearly always recognize my voice and are happy to give me advice.I would strongly recommend Roalwands

A hedgehog outside asked me if I wanted business which I thought was strange as its normally the pigeons round there selling their trade.. Well anyway I didn't bother but its nice to know if I had I could of bought protection from rowlands. Keep fighting the good fight!

Don't do a lot of reviews but I feel compelled to do so after experiencing excellent levels of service on several occasions. The pharmacists are very professional and courteous and always at hand to offer advice. Not sure why the negative reviews, this this place exemplary.

I have used this chemist for a number of years.I have never had a problem and find the staff reallyhelpful. Must be very hard for them dealing with patientsfrom the two adjoining surgeries during this awful pandemic,The guy who answers the phone, very friendly and helpful.Well done to them all.

At work, phones chemist.? Hi just wondering if my prescription is ready??Lady- ?Not yet give it half an hour.?Me- ?Ok, will do.?Gets to the chemist around 40 minutes later.?Hi I?ve come to pick up my prescription.?Man- ? Sorry it?s out of stock but you can buy it cheaper over the counter.?Me- ?Ok I?ll just buy it.?Man- ? you can?t, we don?t have any, manufacturing issue.?Me- ?The lady said it was ready in 30 minutes?Got a sorry and a blank stare.Got medication from another chemist who advised there is no manufacturing issue.

Called to request my prescription be delivered as we were isolating. Expected to wait 5 days for the delivery, which was for antibiotics, otherwise I'd have to have it collected. Atrocious service

The only reason they are still in business is their location next to an equally useless surgery. If you have a set of working legs, use them and go elsewhere.
