I came & stayed with colleagues for a business trip and we were SO well looked after by Pam and the team. We work for a charity and had an emergency admin issue - Pam came to the rescue straight away offering to do some printing for us. You can?t beat the hospitality in the North East - the team here are no exception. Great service, lovely room, super food & drink. Thank you so much everyone. See you next time!

Located in centre of the city..everything is in walkable distance...city centre,morrisons,cineworld etc...Services n all are good...highly recommended.

The staff at Premier Inn Middlesbrough were very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast deal was amazing and well worth the value. Service was great and the room was comfy with everything I needed for a one night stay.

It was a lovely place to stay, no complaints. The room was an adequate size, and the bed was very comfortable. There was enough things to put in beverages, even though i added to it myself If i had a complaint, then that was, that i think the breakfast should have been included in the price.

So in room 516?the room is at end of corridor and wifi is shocking, the 2 bottles of shower gel and shampoo were filled with water clearly watered down, and take a look at the state of the tv remote all i can say is wow?????????????????????????..

Get my boss to book a premier inn if availbe where im working. . Always a nice comfy bed , a good breakfast and friendly staff. Tried the thyme restarant for the first time and it was good. Good location for where i was working.

The hotel was great, it was reasonably priced, the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and tidy. The area that the hotel was located in, was okay, but the town, could do with some work, in order to bring it back to life a little bit.

The check in was quick and easy via kiosk. The accessibility of the room and bathroom was spacious and exceptionally clean. The staff were more than helpful and assisted me and my two friends by conjoined rooms so we could be together.

Very nice room with a very comfortable bed, as expected from Premier Inn. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant isn't one of the newer ones but is still very good.
