Both came over and asked if I was ok, polite and friendly..
Personalised warm welcome with a smile, just an acknowledgment goes a long way, many businesses fail at being brilliant at the basics..
Visited previously and was disappointed by lack of customer service skills but these ladies were simply great! ?
Would recommend go when they are in, you will be looked after?

One of the best pizza huts I?ve been too!
Been down in Middlesbrough and visited this branch 3 times due to the tasty food and great service. Izzy in particular has been amazing! Really sweet kind lady. Will definitely be returning.

Tracey has been our server numerous times when we have been to this branch. We?ve found her informative, helpful and very comforting. No task is ever too much for her. We asked if we could have the dips and nachos refilling, she did this quickly and without complaining. She also checked later on that we had our dips that we had asked to be refilled. I think the lady?s name was Izzy who gave us our pizza, she was very polite too.
We always enjoy our visit when coming to Pizza Hut and always feel welcome, not rushed. The servers make our experience so nice, we especially visit this one and not the other local ones we have. The food was great, as usual!
