We have 12 tropical fish tanks at home all sparsley populated in sizes ranging from very large to nano, the female assistant decided my daughter could only buy platties, she was so disappointed, she has 5 of her own tropical tanks, I'm not sure if the assistant was not listening or didn't want to catch fish because they were closing in 20 mins. Have been buying fish there for many years, never again.

I?ve never been to such a bad pet shop in my life. Almost all the pets I?ve gotten from there have died within a month or just have a borderline health problems from the start.

Definitely do not bring your beloved pet's here Want your money but couldn't give a shit about your pet.Coming up 4 year's since having to say goodbye to my Dog lulu trying to get her an appointment 5 days.tgen when we did arguing with a male Scottish vet who more or less said I was lieing about her loosing weight then 2 days later begging them to see her because I knew she was dieing in front of my eyes.finaly another vet realised she was so ill she needed to be kept in for more test then told she needed overnight vetinary care but they didn't do it so we had to pick her up after they took the drip out and we had to take her to the overnight vets that they used. We did that left her there then get the phone call acute kidney failure and nothing could be done.Her final days and hours were absolutely horrendous so much suffering never ever again would I ever set foot in this money making establishment. Beware.. couldn't give a no star.

New rude manager or supervisor totally ruined this place for me, all the other staff are absolutely brilliant and lovely but she was awful at the till looking down at people and making out I was lying trying to return a faulty item when it's the only thing I've returned in years of shopping here. I struggle with autism and being in public is hard enough for me without someone trying to embarrass me at a busy till.

Pets at homes at skippers lane has by far the best staff, one staff member called ?Caroline? was super helpful! She helped me sign up and to save money in the future. She was absolutely amazing and so helpful. Would highly recommend when you go you ask for Caroline x

I tend to use this branch of Pets at Home because of it's location and the range of products. It's clean, well organised and my dog loves going in for a fuss from the staff, and anyone else who wants to give her some attention.
I always find the staff are lovely, there's a very helpful man who will carry the boxes of tinned dog food to the car because they are too heavy for me to lift. Apologies, I don't know his name.
Then we have Kayleigh, service with a smile is her second nature. She's always helpful, very knowledgeable and is genuinely interested in the customers pets.
So thank you Pets at Home, we highly recommend you.
