Firstly, we were the only ones dining in when we ordered, yet our 2 meals took half an hour to come out! Very disappointed as soon as our food was given to us. We ordered 2 chicken thigh burger meals and a side of 5 chicken strips. The chicken strips were so dry, that even the sauce on them didn?t make a difference, literally would get stuck in your throat. Fair enough, when we mentioned it to the lady, she apologised and arranged for a fresh portion to be made. Sadly, that came out dry too. The chicken thigh burgers were awful! The burger buns are dry and the chicken was terrible. By far one of the worst chicken burgers we?ve ever had. The chicken thighs were rock hard, every mouthful felt like I was literally chewing on rocks. Safe to say we will never be returning.

Orderd from this restrant a few hours ago to now find my boyfriend throwing up ! This place needs closing down he sat down to enjoy his meal eat 2 peices of the chicken ! Expecting nothing to then open up his 3rd and find the chicken is bright pink old and rotten !!!!

Firstly the staff are as lively as a dead corpse, clueless and stand there like their waiting in line for a funeral. The food, so dry and no flavor, Glad I bought a sauce to make it edible..it's not a place I would recommend,

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered fried chicken, and it was inedible?old, rock-solid pieces that were impossible to chew. Paid an extra £1 for sauce, which was clearly out of date. Ended up having to throw the whole meal away. To top it off, the service was just as bad?staff seemed completely uninterested and not bothered at all. Easily the worst chicken I?ve ever had. Wouldn?t recommend it to anyone.

Very bad service. I placed an order and that said 10 to 20 minutes.
Food delivered after 1 hour ,cold .call the shop the one who answered the phone was very rude.

NEVER EVER AGAIN! IVE JUST WENT THROUGH A WEEK OF HELL. Had chicken parmo there last Sunday which when I looked after eating quite a lot that it was raw:( I?ve just gone through the worse food poisoning ever, wouldn?t wish it on my worst enemy. Been put off chicken for life.

Ordered hafe chicken couldn?t eat it was so salty and tasted like it?s been tempered with something, got stomach cramps and felt unwell, did tell the shop they advised this is how the food is!!! Very odd and disgusting chicken souce! Cost nearly £20 and went in bin.
