Terrible attitude from the person on the phone. Phoned for a delivery and a hour later still not arrived so phoned again and told didn?t have the chicken we wanted and then got phone put down and rang back and asked how long our order would be and the staff started laughing down the phone and said 15 minutes. Staff need to learn some customer service. Will never order from here again

I would not recommend this food at all no matter what you get I got a burger yesterday and throw up from it had stomach eaks and the meat was probably old or just not done right

mate i ordered my food and i rang up and hour later asking where it was and how much longer it would be then the person who answered the phone told us it had already been delivered to us (it hadn't) so i told him no it hasn't and started asking what the order was that was delivered and he started repeating "i don't know, i don't know" and then hung up on us so we rang back and they hung up as soon as we said one word, then we called back to cancel the order completely incase ours hadn't been delivered yet and he got mixed up but as soon as we said the address he hung up on us again. all i wanted was some chicken and chips .

Absolutely disgusting, I bit into the chicken and it was green underneath, and also the wrap, absolutely disgusting people, I demand a check on there food, close them down immediately, I had nausea and sick for 3 days, close them down...report been send it with pictures.

It was so dirty as it was out only place to eat at hair was also put in the food as the table tops were not cleaned so disgusting I wouldn?t recommend it they need to wear hats and gloves

Have been waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes so far for my food. The service by the staff here is awful, I?ve tried calling more than 30 times nobody bothers to pick the phone up ever. It?s a shame because the food is good but the staff really let the place down when the boss is away. I am currently fasting and waiting for the food which makes it even worse

How can anyone be this rude ???? Called for a collection, they asked us to visit after 10 min, went there to collect after 10 min. Asked about our order, the owner was damn rude and said ?we are not sitting idle?, I only asked how long ? They asked me to leave. I know your shop is running well, that doesn?t mean you can treat anyone with anger and rudeness. Never visiting again !

Ordered a Veggie wrap over the phone, we were said it will only take 10 minutes to collect the wrap.We went to the shop after 10 minutes and we waited for 15 minutes, when we were asked for the wrap then the guy from inside most probably the manager rushed to the counter and said to the guy: Do not serve them ( us), I don't want to serve them and take your money and go.We were not served at all and after waiting for 25 minutes and the guy in the kitchen was extremely rude and not considerate at all.Zero managerial skills and extremely rude customer service.I feel sad for the People working under him.Good for nothing, idiotic clown manager.

i wouldnt even give them even 1 star ordered delivery only live down the road which it 2min drive explained food was cold he said delivery was sent out first wasnt even in a delivery bag to start of with and also driver called saying couldnt even find the address and also when called them he goes nxt time come to shop if u want it warm and put the phone down and that was the actual owner awful service
