Parcel Force "failed" to deliver my parcel two days in a row, while we were all at home. What a way to not bother to drop off packages and just pretended you attempted a delivery.Driver never arrived as we were actually by the door during the "attempted delivery time".

Been at home just to take delivery of parcel. Said attempted delivery at 12h47, but no one home. Utter rubbish. Driver didn't even bother to ring my bell or leave a calling card. Worst service ever.At least when you finally get to talk to a human at the redelivery call centre, they are at least helpful.

Awaiting delivery of parcel, Wednesday 10 Oct it arrived when we were not in, returned to Middlesbrough depot. Delivery card offered option of going to depot to pick up. Went on 11th, depot deserted but wide open, after 10 min of shouting HELLO! With absolutely no response from anyone, no information sign, nothing to help, went home only to find another delivery card. Rang and arranged delivery for 16th. Return home today yet another delivery card from parcel force. How does this company stay in business? Parcel farce rather than parcel force.

Missed a delivery yesterday Tuesday, arranged for it to be delivered on Thursday. It turns out the parcel is going to be delivered today (Wednesday ) when I?m not in. How come my re deliver date has been ignored. Awful service.

Absolutely dishonest and unacceptable service. I paid the seller £9.95 for delivery of an item. After tracking it several days...no movement. Now in Cleveland depot and STUCK! But the tracker now states that I requested a future date for delivery... a LIE!After waiting 50 minutes for my call to be answered, a woman told me they were very busy and a depot worker will have put that message on the tracker! Deceitful behaviour. She claimed that the sender could claim a refund and when I pointed out that the claim would be refused because of the lie from a depot worker she said..."Oh no, the complaints team wouldn't do that..."Really? I don't believe any of these characters from Parcel Force.Writing to my MP and, for what it's worth , the directorate of Parcel Force.

Got notification at 0927 today that my parcel was out for delivery. I've waited in all day, tried phoning Parcelforce, no reply... looks like I'll have to waste another day tomorrow, or worse collect my parcel on Friday because I miss tomorrow's delivery. Unfortunately, there are customers and businesses expecting a better service. Parcelforce pull your finger out!

After many phone calls, emails, filled forms, FB contact, and different responses from Cleveland depot I still don't really know what has happened to my parcel. ..... and it was delivered ...somewhere.....to a not existing address.

Thank you to the driver who reversed into my car & failed to stop or leave details! Newton Aycliffe area. It?s an offence to cause damage to another vehicle & leave the scene without reporting it. No help from parcel force to resolve this matter. No stars btw?didn?t give me that option!
