Very lovely little shop. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
one thing I want to say to those who leave bad reviews: YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DEALING WITH EVERYDAY: I witnessed it myself one day. I wouldn't call it shoplifting, it's daylight robbery.

Went to pickup Evri parcel at 9 pm and store door was shut, after calling 4 times I was told it would open at 9:30 pm went there from home again and guess what Evri system is not working. Update your hours to reflect the store operational hours.

Worst staff i have seen in any store. Specially the lady who was working there on 01.01.2025. I placed an order for pickup there first the lady said that she can't find the parcel and it's busy and I shall come after some time. Despite the fact there were two staff working at that time. After a few hours I called the store and the same lady picked up the call and when I asked her if she's found my parcel she said no and hung up I gave her the benefit of doubt and called again she hung up again after hearing my voice and for the second time I gave benefit of doubt again and called again but she hung up the third time. Never going back there again filed a complaint against her and will go to ombudsman if it doesn't get sorted.

Just seen one of the worst staff in my lifetime
We ordered and kept for pickup
We were there yesterday and it is there and back because we can't show any ID
Today when we were back the staff were very rude on us
is there any option to give less than one star

Would just like to thank the lad that helped me today he was on the till! I had been followed walking up linthorpe road - the young lad offered me reassurance and said I could stay as long as I needed! Please can you let him know how much I appreciated his help

Had issues with buying energy drinks and being refused even with ID however after speaking to the manager (Jack) it was all resolved, great management and good prices for all basic necessities and drinks.
