Been in to get a puncture tyre repaired and he said it can?t be repaired. Asked questions about new tyres and was unable to answer and said once you get a new tyre and you drive off it?s not their problem. Very rude and very expensive and I wouldn?t recommend this service to anyone

Very very poor customer service. All they are after is just your money. I had a horrible experience with this company and I would never recommend to anyone. Very dodgy set of people.

Professionals ??? the effect of this company's work. After installing a new tire I parked the car and didn't drive for 3 days because I was on vacation. After the vacation I wanted to wash the car and saw what the wheel looked like. I went to this garage and asked why they damaged my wheel. I was attacked by the employees, they told me that I did it to myself. I wanted to contact the boss. But the boss only wrote me a message that it wasn't their problem. The worst garage I've ever dealt with in Boro.

Just left the shop went for 2 tyres sat for 30 mins not one person come to see us just stood about talking was only working on one tyre over 45 mins wait so left will never come back or recommend stay clear

Avoid as much as possible! Twice I been here and had bad experience! The first the tyre blow and they wouldn't do anything as they said I ran over something and not their fault! The second time I forgot to sort both front tyres out on the Saturday so had no choice to try them again! Got both front tyres done! £70 for both part worn or £100 for new at kwik-fit I drove from longhands Road to the A19 North just turned off at Norton A139 when I got a flat tyre near-side front so I phoned them up and got asked if I had a spare which I did changed the spare over and drove back and again my fault they blamed my Rim which the tyre they took off had been on months from new so could not of been my rim! They asked did I drive with the flat tyre I said I had to for a short time while coming off the A19 as would of put myself and other road users at risk! They pumped the tyre up and give me it back I said I would put it on my self when I got home! Which I did and been great since! They forgot to seal it the first time is my thoughts but blamed me! It's never they fault!

No messing around gave me a price, fit me in at 5pm on a Saturday evening, get yourself down here guys. Manager is a nice bloke ignore other comments. Will definitely be back?
