My good lady picked an item up with a price tag on which showed up wrong at the till by £5 . To be then accused of tampering with the Tag . She happily bought the item still . The tall dark lady was out of order and her approach was unprofessional .

Closing timing don't reflect what's online or on store just because people want to go home early.I got there 6:20 to grab something and it was already shut. When timing clearly shows 6:30 .

Don't know who the officious little g*bsh*te with ginger hair and glasses was but he needs to go to charm school. Quite rude and abrupt when the self scan returns machine wouldn't work, my fault apparently, suggesting I'd be better off at the till. Fine if you can find the till or any staff to man it.

Went to next at cleveland retail park today. What amazing customer service I received, I didn?t catch the girls name but she was pregnant. I was looking for a pair of curtains I had a little description and she couldn?t have been more helpful trying to find the ones I wanted online. She deserves a medal for putting up with me. I hope this reaches her so she knows how brilliant she is.

I would rate this 0 stars if i could.Terrible service from the manager named Deborah. Calling us theifs, saying we had stolen the coat we where trying to return as it had a hole in it.Unbelievable, never purchasing anything from this store again.

So I would avoid this place at all costs, being called ?thief? by the manager Deborah! Because they wouldn?t return or swap the coat because it had a hole in it! Deborah is the manager and a rude one who will stop at no costs to shout at you and called you ?thief?s? Also telling us to ?go home and bring the actually coat back? I?m sorry but how rude £38 for a coat that had a hole in it but won?t return it! I only wanted to exchange it!

It?s a long time since I was in this area and I was surprised to see this Next had had a makeover. ??The store was very nice, clean and easy to move around between departments, easy to move around and find what I liked, I?ll definitely be back.The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.

Great location. Easy to get to and accessible parking. This next shop seems to have a great selection of clothes and other things, a much wider range than the one in the town centre. Also if they don't have the size you require they will order it in and the dress I wanted was ordered in and delivered to the store the very next day with a text to remind me to pick it up. Overall great service.
