A lovely lady served me today at the till. She called me ma'am and was so lovely and polite. Sorry I didn't get her name but the way she was with me was very memorable! Really good experience!

If anything below 1 star I will give this middlesbrough branch to that . Worst service ever It was my first time to go to this place.The cashier girl was so rude and disrespectful to us. I had never seen anything like this in Canada at all. I don?t recommend anyone to go there to buy staffs. The manager in this place should tell them how to talk and respect customers. If anything below 1 star I will give this middlesbrough branch to that . Worst service.

Couldn?t fault the service from the staff here, had problems with the new email receipt system, decided to show in code for some weird unknown reason, but they put there best efforts into solving the problem.
