Beauty nandos! Always bang on fast and food is perfect

The food is great but the wait is horrible. Plus the staff are very. Today me and my family were kicked out of the restaurant because they couldn?t take any more orders. Instantly I saw another family order and the staff accept. This is outrageous and has ruined our dinner and it?s possible we might never comeback.

Food was good, as expected. The restaurant wasn't the cleanest. Our seats had sauce and sweetcorn on them. More generally the restaurant was "tired" and could do with a refresh. The staff seemed more interested in putting up the Christmas decorations than with ensuring customer satisfaction. That said, I would go again

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered from here several time and literally spent £100's however they clearly don't care about their customers. I have an autistic child who is obsessed with nandos and is very particular with her order. In the past the order has been wrong and been rectified in store however this order was a collection order. The order was wrong my child had a complete meltdown due to her complex issues I contacted nandos who said they would speak to customer services and a voucher would be sent. Customer services contacted us to offer a £10 voucher which doesn't even cover the meal forget the inconvenience! Nandos literally didn't seem to care abour my child or her needs. Shocking customer service extremely disappointed.

Really enjoyed visiting today. All the waiters and staff were very helpful. They even went above and beyond to help when a desert we ordered wasn't in stock.

There is a gentleman who went out of his way and made for me a cup of hot water On 8/9/24 in the evening. It was raining and I was feeling very cold. The other staffs are just too nice. They take time to attend to clients and the lady who served us was very kind and patient.
It's a place I'll visit every time am in the area. Best Nandos experience compared to other Nandos outlets

Went for a meal at 7pm. Not busy, no atmosphere. The staff only spoke to us once to seat us. We ordered and paid online. No one cleared our table when we finished eating. Cobwebs on the lights. Food was OK. I won't be rushing back.
