This place normally serves good coffee, mochas and lattes and cakes but today was a little disappointing as I ordered a caramel latte and a coffee cake with cream and got a plain latte with no cream for my cake. But it was nice and the cakes was nice

I got a hot chocolate and a chocolate chip cookie and the cookie was lovely and crispy aswell as really chocolaty and and the hot chocolate was really nice and the cream they put on it was the best cream I've had when it comes to hot chocolates

Used to use this place a lot but last time I was there I found a bug in my hot chocolate. It?s put me off, which is a shame as it?s a great location. Will probably still use this place to be honest simply because of the ideal location. Won?t be getting a hot chocolate though and will be paranoid while drinking. Also, they wouldn?t let me use my 2 free coffees and weren?t helpful at all.

Do a wonderful mud cake and hot chocolate. Very clean and well-presented cafe. It was lovely to be able to relax in a pleasant environment. Expensive. Terrible customer service. Manager seemed rude.

Manager is brillaint very friendly with customers and very good at her customers skills Friendly staff, very busy place so run off there feet well known place. Does lovely food food drinks awaiting bill to bake some more scones, there to die for staff so go out there way to make u feel welcome, never known a place like it good.cpmpany and u can have a good laugh there recommend to any one to try it thanks N

Older woman with short hair was rude when I politely asked if my drink was ready. Every other worker nice though. Service was slow.
