I've been calling this McDonald's the worlds worst for over 11 years. When going through the drive through, theres always, missing items and waiting in the car park. Gave them another chance and guess where I'm doing this review from? 20 min still waiting

I ordered nuggets and fries. Firstly, they took over 20 minutes to come out, secondly my chips were dry and had no flavour. My nuggets came out and had a hair on it, so I kindly took it back and asked for new nuggets . Once changed she shouted 6 chicken nuggets and shot it rather rudely on the counter. I really believe the staff need training on communication skills and how to be kind. X and spat on my face xx

Ordered a maccies inside , my co worker managed to go to kfc come back eat his kfc. Then come in and order a maccies and eat that before I even got mine. They are miserable.

Thrown together, which is becoming standard, presentation isn't a strong point across the branch. Still tastes good though and food was hot.

They really need to change their delivery system because Uber really lets the side down. McDonalds often advertise promotion on their App for home delivery but the Uber drivers don't turn up with your food and Uber is near impossible to contact, and when you do get a message through they don't respond to it. McDonald's won't have anything to do with the transaction because it left their restaurant. Uber keeps stealing my families lunch!

The counter area is always rammed with delivery drivers. Expect a long wait for food if you don't use the drive through.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place makes more mistakes than anywhere else, sent me a mcdelivery with an entirely different meal that I can?t eat for dietary reasons. They didn?t answer the phone despite calling 8 times, they gave the wrong order to Uber eats, my partner had to drive from somewhere else to get my food as no one was helping me and I have no transport. When he arrived they asked for him to come get the wrong food they sent (over an hour ago) and return it and they wouldn?t give a refund! The audacity, when you?ve made a mistake, wouldn?t answer the phone, haven?t offered a solution, someone else has had to go get my food even though I paid for delivery, is crazy. It?s been almost an hour and a half since I ordered food, and I?m still without. Seriously needs sorting out

Claim to be 24hrs but your Nightshift team can't answer the phone? We are trying to resolve an issue from earlier today but it seems all of your speedy kitchen training forgets to train staff how to answer a phone call!
