This is by far thee worst maccies in boro! Each and ever time I've been here has been disappointing, my food is always cold and the fries are either undercooked or old, the coffee's are disgusting and bitter, 9 times out of 10 my coffee is cold cos it's been sitting there for that long! When you go in to get food, you're waiting for 45 minutes to get even a simple coffee! They prioritise the drive through and leave you standing there. You get pushed out of the waiting area by all the delivery drivers! The atmosphere in here is awful, delivery drivers constantly staring and making the whole place feel uncomfortable and unsafe to be in there. The only nice thing I have to say about this McDonald's is that some of the staff are really nice.

I recently visited your drive-thru, and my experience was incredibly frustrating. After waiting in a long queue, I finally placed my order and paid contactless. However, when I reached the next window, I discovered that my order was incomplete. To my shock, I was informed that I hadn't paid for the missing items and was told to circle back through the entire drive-thru line to retrieve them!
This system is seriously flawed! It was a staff error, yet I was the one inconvenienced by having to wait again in a long line. Amy, the manager, was not helpful at all in resolving this issue.
I love McDonald's, but this experience has left me disappointed. Please take action to improve your service!

Rude manager. Called to check for milkshakes and told us to come over. After we came over she said the machine just broke and was rude on top of all. Absolutely pathetic. She needs coaching on how to be a manager no customer experience what so ever.
