Why put you close at at 3am on on a Saturday night when you don't. I went at exactly 01.46 am and was refused entry saying you were closed. Just put you will close at 01.30 am then .

Poor customer service and extreme delay

On multiple occasions, I have encountered significant delays and poor customer service, which have left me disappointed.
For example, during my last visit, I had only 15 minutes to get food before an important appointment. Despite ordering a simple sandwich and chips, I waited 23 minutes. I could see my order was ready, but it was not handed to me promptly. When I politely asked a staff member for assistance, I was met with rudeness, which was both unprofessional and upsetting.
This was not an isolated incident. On another visit, I waited over 25 minutes with a friend?s child, who began crying due to the long wait. Again, my order was delayed despite being ready, and when it was finally served, some items were missing. Upon raising this issue, I was told replacements were unavailable, even though I had already paid for them.
These repeated experiences suggest a lack of care for customers and efficient service at this branch. I have decided to stop visiting this location as I feel undervalued as a customer.
I urge you to address these concerns by improving staff training, ensuring prompt service, and fostering a more respectful attitude toward customers. I hope no one else has to face such frustrations in the future.

The staff were rude, and when i ordered my food was freezing cold
And I tried to cancel but they didn't let me and the day after I had a really bad stomach and was being sick I think it was off the mc chicken, will not be eating here again!!!!!

Went in today took our not so hot food upstairs chips a little overdone/cold it wasn't the cleanest upstairs food left on tables.. bins over flowing could do with a good clean very scruffy!!!!??

Food was just awful and I normally like Mcdonalds I got two cheeseburgers because the fires I've gotten from here are cooked far to long and taste nasty the burgers were burnt and were heard to eat and the cheese tasted like cheap plastic cheese andhalf of it was hanging out the burgers ?I didn't eat the rest

I go to all McDonald's in my area gorgeous food and very quickly served the atmosphere
