Wow, didn?t realise ?half-wrapped and crumpled into a ball? was the new gourmet standard for burgers. Mentioned it to the girl behind the counter and she stared at me like she had watched me wrestle it in the car park and she wanted to say 'well you did it'. Still baffled about this odd interaction, but then again, what do you expect? Lights on, nobody home, and not a GCSE in sight.

Came into this mcdonalds the other week after a horrendous week dealing with personal matters. Just needed a little pick me up. Can't say the food was out of this world but a young lad working there (Hudson) went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. I hope he is recognised in this job as he has a lot of potential. Not to mention comforting me in my time of need. Well done Hudson I can't thank you enough. Other staff seemed to be ignorant and uninterested in their customer service which is why I gave the atmosphere a 2 star

Not a single word from the person passing my drink (not the cashier) at the drivethru. Quite remarkable. Poor customer service and a zillion miles away from the service at Morton Park, Darlington (who could train this lot up) .

Absolutely unacceptable quality and inefficient I order a bbq crispy wrap and I asked for the lettuce and tomatoes to be taken out and they decided to just but the crispy chicken in a box with bbq sauce and mayo on top.

So many franchise's from McDonalds DO NOT know the meaning of the brand, Middlesbrough Leisure Park is exactly that. When ordering from Uber Eats on the 22nd June 2025 I received my order in good time, however to be shocked what I received. The fries were half full, the milkshake three quarter full, the burger burnt and the packaging all ripped, I had to eat the Milkshake with a spoon as no straw.
When I called to speak with the manager and explained, what I heard was just dumfounding, who did you order from, i replied Uber Eats, then you have to contact them regarding the order.
Now please correct me if i am wrong, when did my Uber driver walk in to the Leisure Park McDonalds, walk behind the counter, and prepare my order, then bag it up and deliver it, I would say the chances of that is zero. What has angered me is that the manager passed the buck on to Uber Eats, they do not prepare the food, they are not responsible for packaging, for putting in a straw, a simple task, looking at the reviews for this particular franchise in Middlesbrough, you are in the top 5% of the worst in the country, that is a solid achievement indeed.
