It looks tired but so does most of cleveland retail park. This store still offers unparalleled value for money on decent quality clothes. Staff are helpful. Apparently they used to have 25 trolleys but now only have 2 for everyone to share - this probably needs addressing. We visit about once a year for a big shop for holiday clothes and new shirts - good shirts. Decent store overall.

I had previously had problems in another matalan store. when I came to this store they were very understanding and apologetic and reassured me that they would help me with my problem I would highly recommend as I received best customer service there names were Lesley and Jenny please pass on this review to them as can't thank them enough.

Lots of choice on styles of clothing, decent prices and if you have a matalan me card you get regular 20% off vouchers and a £5 off birthday treat!

It's easy to park outside, lovely wide aisles to walk round, lots of choice, can use the self serve checkout. Great experience.
