The staff are always lovely! Very knowledgeable on all the products and always help you find what you?re looking for. Jess and Ellie were particularly lovely on my last visit, super friendly and gave me great info on the products.
Products might be slightly more expensive than supermarket stuff however I find it lasts 3 times as long as cheap stuff from other shops. I love the sleepy range, very calming before bed. I struggled with my scalp years ago, it was so irritated always that I debated shaving my hair off but as a last ditch attempt I tried the Lush ?New? shampoo bar and have never had problems since. The shampoo bars alone last me at least 2 months much longer than anything I would buy in a super market! And not forgetting everything is 100% cruelty free so no testing on bunnies or doggies. Well worth the money!

Amazing service from Jess and Ryan. Both are incredibly knowledgeable and I learnt a lot about what Lush is doing for the Trans community as well as the inspiration behind the 29 High Street perfume.

My granddaughter attended bath bomb making event in Middlesbrough Sales assistant Ryan was fantastic with her knowledge of products and creativity supporting her to make a bath bomb. Staff at Middlesbrough are so lovely and helpful.

Kipty and Jess were amazing, they were so sweet and fun to talk to, they definitely sold the products with a passion for them using our shared interests to further sell products, we giggled over the personal shopper experience we had as i am a wheelchair user so they held my basket and helped me choose products based on my interests i now hope to see them again in our next visit

Came in after my eye test & was served by Alex & Ryan! Both are so so lovely! I got talking to Ryan about Disney & wicked! I could decide what to purchase between American cream & Tobys magic cow. I bought American cream & then got Tobys magic cow as a random act of kindness! You are both so lovely! ??
