Pumps on. Absolute joke waited in car around 15 mins as not alor of petrol

Went to this service station aswell as other people a poor lad wanted to fill up his fuel tanks for his Nightshift to continue and the man who was serving was so bloody rude stood there counting pennies without any consideration for the customers point blanked ignored us this man needs investigating and sacking his customer service skills are shocking 18/07/2024 23.40pm

Imagine losing a customer who spends minium £30 a day because your staff like to keep a pregnant woman stood at the window at 1130 at night while your staff were out the back not greeted to a apology but greeted by a " WHAT! " and some face pulling with his pants un done yeah my drives from gusibrough to Newcastle to work ecery day and stopping here isn't going to cointue ill rather go some where else. Would clearly not reccomend

Loved the Grand Big Mac Bacon which was a proper treat but they stopped doing them now. Tasty and good value

Slow service. Limited menu I nipped into the drive thru to grab a coffee and there was a queue at the drive thru. It moved so slowly but by the time I realised, I had vehicles behind me so couldn?t get out. I placed my order of a toffee latte to be told they?re not doing them at the moment. It took me about 15 mins from start to finish. Couldn?t they have left a notice at the entrance explaining they were back serving the limited menu? Also, if the menu is so limited, why did the service take so long??? It?s supposed to be a fast food restaurant!
