One of the staff is always unpleasant. Makes it feel im unwelcomed anytime im there. Once might have been a bad day, but she's been rude every time im there. If you dont want intl students, just don't accept our business.

Slowest service ever, although the ATM machine is not working to deposit cash you still have to wait till the customer service lady finishes the conversation with the other lady at the till.

Was ten minutes early for my appointment, three staff told me the advisor was aware . Ten minutes after due appointment time , the advisor said I wasn't aware you were here ? Curious. Also as I had gone in bank to get advice was told I cannot give you Financial advice. Really ? $#$#$#$$??

We went to have lunch at Lloyds as a group with four adults and five kids in tow. We had been playing a vertical find Alice in Wonderland game around Middlesbrough and all the kids were dressed up. Also on this day it work a home game and the pit market was on so you can imagine BUSY especially with the sun out!! We received exceptional service food was prompt all food came out together. The lady upstairs called Lindsey who made and extra fuss as we had a birthday girl in our mist and chatted and made all the kids smile.Thankyou for your service

Had to come in 5 separate times to open up an account.There are a few documents I needed to bring in and one of them had 3 errors. The first time I came in they told me to fix 1 error. The second time I came I they told me to fix another error on the same sheet. The third time I came in they told me to fix another error, again on the same sheet. Why couldn?t they have shown me the three errors at once when I brought the sheet in the first time?Wait times are also bad. Staff were ok, but not knowledgeable. They have no consideration for the amount of time I wasted to come in to the bank 5 times, and have a ?don?t care? attitude when you bring up issues.

A good example of how a bank shouldn't be ?. Customer service is poor and the staffs don't even bother about customers time. Such bad service.

Great bank and even better staff. I can't fault this branch one bit. Lovely staff which always have a smile on their faces. Keep up the good work guys you are doing great!!

Awful Staff!!! Students are sent back after given appointments. 9 times in two weeks period. This is not acceptable at all. What a service you guys are rendering??? You are allowing regular customers but don?t want students to open up an account?? Totally unacceptable!! You guys claiming short staff?? Whole country is short staffed!

Very very very poor experience with staff with ignoring mentality, when is ask the staff to open a new classic account through online its always shows like something went wrong... They said always try i again... I almost try more than 10 times... They rudely said to me try another bank....i will not recommend this branch its not a customer Friendly branch
