Car taken for removal of screw in tyre and puncture repair at tea time today. Very disappointed that the tyre is flat 4 hours later - failed repair? Hopefully sorted early tomorrow when we can ring them.

The booking was easy with good appointment times, the staff were excellent and very friendly. The work was completed in very good time and I was sent a report including pictures. I received a call to tell me when the work was complete. I could not be happier with the whole experience.

Great bunch of lads here who gave us some good honest advice when we took my sons car in for an exhaust check. Also got a price for tyres while we were there that was decent so will definitely be going back for them.

We took my Sons car here today , he had this less then 24hrs and had a flat tire, we took it to middlesbrough branch for replacement. The mechanic Rick checked over the car and informed us of the major faults and how unsafe the car was and we contacted the garage we had brought this from and were given a full refund. Rick was extremely helpful,honest and trustworthy, he never tried to sell us any thing and give us sound advice. Thank you !
