All smiles and promises before the deposit is paid. Once the deposit is paid some of the equipment did not turn up at all. They did not turn up to collect when agreed, I called and explained I was leaving the site which is why I specified this day. I was told you will have to visit the branch and leave the keys. Great customer service, the lads in there were great, and the delivery time was amazing. I know we shouldn’t be surprised about good customer service, but so many places fall short, not these guys though. Thank you
