I didn't stay there I attended a meeting in the reception area. However on arrival I found the staff were very helpful and friendly and extremely professional and guided me to my meeting. They provided free tea and coffee. If I needed a place to stay I would certainly pick this

Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size with a lovely shower. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a friendly and polite receptionist, Charis who managed to book us in even though we were a little early. Despite our room being at the front of the hotel overlooking the Town Hall there was very little noise and we slept well. Breakfast was substantial and very tasty with a very good selection. All in all a great stay and great value for money and highly recommended

Lovely neat and tidy hotel, well decorated and modern.Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. They couldn't do enough for me.Good access in a wheelchair, but parking not really close enough, apart from one car space outside.I would definitely stay here again.

If you check my other reviews I try a to good review anywhere I go and rarely bad review a place. Room was filthy, stains on the walls, bathroom bin full on arrival. The room was cold and heating didn't work properly. The master bed was lumpy old and battered. The sofa bed looked like it was going to collapse was lumpy and hard. The noise from other residents was terrible right up until gone 3am. The staff were lovely on reception, the breakfast was nice although the staff couldn't keep the food items stocked up as quick as they were being used. The two staff working the breakfast service were unbelievable and didn't stop working throughout the service. Overall on my experience I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Hotel doesn?t reply to mails, Promised to send the receipt but no answers.Also towels were dirty and the mattress is as old as the building.

Great location in the centre of the Boro and yet could barely hear anything inside the room.A really friendly hotel, staff friendly and efficient. Was upgraded to a refurbished room which was spacious and very clean.Public areas were comfy and inviting.Breakfast was very good with a decent selection and everything fresh and stocked even after the main rush.Glad I booked it.
