I purchased my 3rd seiko gents watch on Easter weekend from Hilliers...the service and customer service is exemplary...nothing is any trouble to them...my bracelet had to be adjusted...back and forth the lady went to make it perfect and it is...I would definitely recommend this business...I will return for sure...my watch looks awesome...ty Adam for reserving me 2 watches ordered specially from Japan...Robert Myers...from York.

Outstanding customer service. The watch I ordered arrived in time for Christmas, even though I was very last minute placing the order. My husband didn?t get on with the type of strap the watch had so I returned it and received a prompt refund. I would not hesitate to use Hillier again.
