Order placed, drove to the store only to be told there was an issue. Member of staff was great but not only was the item not reserved but it wasn't on the shelf either. Tried contacting Halfords using their online chat but still no luck in resolving this or returning my payment. Unfortunately also had to rebook my MOT appointment too. Disappointed ??

Hello.
Please don?t leave a piece of paper on my car claiming you own a spot when there is zero signage to explain you own those spots in the first place.
I will park where I like until you put signs up which say you own them, people can?t read minds as those cones could theoretically have been put there by anyone.
Yes, of course you lost two jobs at 7pm when you close at 8. I have seen your team fix cars outside of those spots, in fact you once fitted a headlight for my old car in a spot further in the car park.
Once again, put proper signage up, people can?t read minds. I will not park there again but don?t expect people to know two cones means you own those spots in a public car park.
I have put your letter near your door as I do not wish to litter or have it in my possession.
Also, I will gladly come in and discuss more if needed.
