I visited Greggs on South Parkway this morning, and I was extremely disappointed. The woman with glasses was incredibly rude and dismissive. From the moment I walked in, her attitude made me feel unwelcome. She seemed irritated by simple questions and offered no help or courtesy.
The overall service was shockingly poor, and I felt like my business wasn?t valued at all. It's clear that customer care isn?t a priority here. I left feeling frustrated and unappreciated. I won?t be returning, and I recommend others look elsewhere for better service.

It's a great greggs my only issue is they always seem under staffed and coffee machine constantly breaking down been many times I just walk past as can't get in no staff or coffee machine broken its a shame as this is my local one for work

Love Greggs in general, the review is about this particular store and the service.The sandwich selection in this store is the worst of any Gregg's store I've visited around town (more or less all of them!) but here, it seems there hardly ever any sandwiches out whatever time of day you arrive.As for the service, it's generally good but recently they made an error with a breakfast order. I asked for a sausage and bacon baguette, but when I got home it was just bacon. Fairly minor and easily fixed, they'll just give me free sausages in it next time I go, right?No... next time I went I mentioned this to the lady serving me (who I also believe is the manager), and instead of apologising or offering me a free upgrade she just said "well we mark the bag with your order so you should have got the right one". Yes, but I didn't. No offer to fix things at all. It won't stop me using Gregg's or this store as it's the most convenient for me, but they could do better.

Click and collect doesn't work here. Shop assistant served 3 other walk-in customers before me when I stood at the click and collect point. The pastry I received was not warm too even at the exact time collection.

Not happy with the way the staff was trying to see what o could have and she was rushing me I have to be careful what I eat i got a pizza which is not good for someone who is gluten free diet and she was getting angry which set my anxiety of so.i got it and in the end throw it away waste of money felt like they don't care about people who have to be careful what they eat

Rubbish. Everytime I go everything seems to be cold, you ask if a specific pasty is hot and they literally lie to you and hand you a cold stale one.

Use Gregg's every day,coulby Newham. great device from staff. Would like to know why they are not eating inside yet.tried vegan sausage roll it was revolting. Stick to what I know.

Normally excellent service but the last two mornings it hasn't been open at 810 yet it is supposed to open 730 not happy two days running ive had no breakfast

Staff dont seem experienced or bothered..been in few times for a porridge.. which is always lumpy..asked for a Mexican chicken oval bun.. simply said no haven't got any.. where as the Marton Greggs offers to make one ...lazy staff happened a few times..

Great selection of snacks, sandwiches and cakes. Can also get tea and coffee or hot soup. The staff are friendly and helpful. The shop is clean. It offers meal deals and an opportunity to sit in the premises
