was abruptly told we couldn't eat their products in shop while looking for other goods to buy. Sale and customer lost. wouldn't of minded if he wasn't so rude and abrupt

Bought two cheese pastys, asked the guy if they were hot or cold, he told me they were "warm" ..
After paying and getting the pastys they were ice cold.
Told the woman on the till but she just looked at me like a mong.

Attended this store and asked about a product that was sold out early, the attitude of the male assistant was appalling, I only asked if there was any more, to be told well there?s two types which one then when I stated which one was told how am I supposed to make one with no lettuce? How am I supposed to know that they had no lettuce, I guess he?s not getting it at home.

To the hero's at Kings Road Greggs in North Ormesby Middlesbrough...Thank you for always having the food I like,Thank you for serving it with kindness and humility.Thank you for going that extra mile, always.And thank you for being way more reliable than any Macdonalds in the local area.You guys always keep in contact with the customer and reassure us our order is being dealt with and is delivered in a timely fashion, every time.Unlike Mcdonalds, who just don't even bother to answer the phone and if they ever do you are told it's not their problem.I believe this should be spoken about on here, as so many people have been ripped off from using the justeat app in this area.I use the app because I work from home and having my food delivered really helps me get through some busy days.The last thing you need is food missing or just not your order at all.This is something I NEVER have to deal with when I order from this bakery.You people are fabulous.?
