no sausage rolls!!!! asked if had any said no when very clearly we?re in oven and didn?t tell me when they would come out. no sausage cheese and bean melt either which are the only 2 things i will eat from greggs so i could only get my donut. so disappointed

Appalling customer servive from Amy! Rude, unengaging & unpleasant. No service with a smile, no eye contact and did not want to be there. Should not be working in a customer service role and needs retraining!

I dropped my vegan sausage roll by accident and the sweet person serving immediately replaced it with no issue, very polite. I think their name was Akuka? I appreciate the kindness because I'm dyspraxic and very clumsy. Thank you, will be back ???
