I went to go and get served and the guy at the till looked at me then just walked away as if I didn't exist. He had a real sour look on his face. I don't know if he was new but he needs to be trained on actually serving people. The woman who came over to actually serve me was lovely, polite and served me quickly. She had dark hair - I didn't get her name.
