Ig I could give less stars I would took genuine gond in the shop to sell and told me it wasnt gold I'm my dimond rings are not real. Dont go here young lad in the shop stood with his mates trying to rip people off....unbelievable

Very reliable, the 2 gentlemen go out their way to help you and make sure you are satisfied. Very low prices for what you get, by far the cheapest in the town and the north east. Couldn't recommended anywhere with better customer service! 5*

Recently had a ring resized. I was told it would be £25 minimum throughout the town. I then came to goldfactors, the young man at the shop sent off my ring to be resized the moment I got there and i received it back within 2 days! The best part is that this was all for £15. Quality customer service!!

Been using Goldfactors awhile now, always had good service and a laugh whenever I?m in there, best jewellers about for upgrading your jewellery can?t fault the service. Fair pricing on new and used gold but the upgrading stands out above any other jewellers I?ve used. Deffo recommend always got something nice in.

Had a ring recently resized here. They are rather colloquial but they are Teesside based I suppose.Paid £25 for the resizing, assume thats about the norm for a ring sizing? Can't really say much else about this vendor.28th Feb 2016 Update purchased a ring mandrel and turns out the ring wasn't even resized.....bloody cheek!!! Would not go back here ever.
